No substantial electric car market without a battery breakthrough
Boston Consulting Group —BCG maintains that in the absence of vital technological breakthrough on the battery side, sales of electric cars will be limited even in the year 2020. If dramatic development does not take place the batteries will be too expensive, not perform well and in addition the infrastructure will be too difficult and expensive to build up.
