The new UN standard for electric vehicles
The UN in Geneva has developed an international regulation to ensure that electric and hybrid vehicles are just as safe as diesel and gasoline-fuelled vehicles. The regulation will set the stage for the rapid introduction of new vehicles and is welcomed by the EU and Japan.
