VW to be big player in trucks
If anti-trust authorities approve the plans, both MAN and Scania will become VW Group subsidiaries. VW will attempt to continue growing and it has further acquisitions in its sights. Rumors have it that VW is interested in buying Mack from AB Volvo in order to enter the American market with a flying start.
